About the Teachers
Blue Marsden MA
He is a Hay House Author and the founder of Holistic Healing College who holds degrees in both Philosophy and Psychoanalysis.
Since a teenager, Blue has studied Eastern Philosophy and Jewish Mysticism. After many years of working with various spiritual systems including the Enneagram, I Ching and Chinese Astrology he came across a little known method which analyses the vibrations of a person’s full birth name. This method which combines the late Frank Alpers gematria with ancient Kaballah numerology resonated more than any other.
After some years experimenting and successfully incorporating this into his own psychotherapy practise, in 2003 Blue introduced it as a module on the Counselling program at Holistic Healing College. Over the years he has researched the mystical origins of this system and discovered synchronicities with his own non-dual understanding. Subsequently, he has modernised the method for current times, added new interpretations from his own practise and teaching and channelled additional material and healing interventions to form what is now known as the Soul Plan system. He continues to work alongside Katharina Alper helping to extend the legacy of Frank Alper.
Anita D Marshall
Spiritual Counselling Dip. Hypnotherapy Dip. Life Coach Cert. is qualified in a variety of healing disciplines including reiki, reflexology and Ayurveda which she studied whilst living in India.
Over the years Anita has specialised in work that supports children and adults with special needs and mental health issues.
Nowadays she runs a busy online practise where she offers Soul Plan Readings and Soul Plan training as well as Soul Alignment Coaching and Energy Healing in which Soul Plan
Anita is also a prominent speaker at mind, body, spirit events, runs many workshops and a regular online meditation group.
Sarah Lermit
Spiritual Counselling Dip. is a trained holistic counsellor, Advanced Soul Plan Reader and psychic channeller with over 13 years’ experience in energy management and soul purpose work.
The first part of her life journey involved working as an actress and theatrical agent before she later trained as a conventional counsellor and also worked in administration in psychotherapy training institutes.
Over the years Sarah has trained extensively in psychic development, reiki and channelling to an advanced level.
She is now dedicated to helping guide people to remember who they truly are so that they may reconnect with their true self and soul purpose. Currently, she runs a holistic counselling practice in both West London and South Buckinghamshire.
Andrew Cooper-Knight
Spiritual Counselling Dip. Cert. Astrologist/Tarot Teacher/Soul Plan teacher
From a young age, Andrew developed an interest in the use of symbols for divination and from his teenage years began to offer Tarot readings, later training professionally.
Alongside this, he has worked as both a conventional and spiritual counsellor as well as with the Terrence Higgins Trust and the Samaritans.
Linked to this he has also facilitated counselling groups for people coming to terms with their sexuality, as well as on more metaphysical oriented subjects ranging from meditation to psychic awareness.
Andrew also enjoys writing for local magazines and has also been featured in several national publications. He lives and practises in Glastonbury and can often be found at the Chalice Well where this pic was taken.
David Rees
David was the first Soul Plan teacher to train new practitioners in India. David is also a gifted mindfulness and meditation teacher versed in various contemplative practises and techniques mainly learnt in the Himalayas and Nepal where he resides part of each year.
He has also explored the Buddhist tradition in depth through intensive retreats in Buddhist monasteries.
In an earlier incarnation, he was a DJ and music producer but a spiritual journey starting twenty years ago coupled with an intense desire to understand human behaviour and be of service motivated him to train extensively in the therapeutic world.
David also regularly joins with Blue Marsden to run an annual Silent Retreat incorporating chi kung and yoga.
Kia Bing-Davies

Philadelphia born Spiritual Counsellor, Life Coach, Writer and Vlogger, Kia Bing-Davies has always been guided by her intuition and overwhelming desire to connect to everyone and everything on a deeper level.
Following a successful career in PR and Law that took in New York, Hawaii, the Canary Islands and UK Kia eventually decided to quit her former career and pursue her Counselling and Coaching practice full time. Her passion is to help people, especially women, to live happy and fulfilled lives by strengthening their own internal compass, feminine expression and realignment with purpose.
She is the founder of the Women’s Knowing Circle, based in Buckinghamshire, which seeks to connect women to the intuition and knowing held within their bodies.
Marilys De Hez
(Counsellor, Coach and Vlogger)
Like many gifted healers and therapists who go on to develop a deep empathy and understanding of others Marilys experienced her own spiritual awakening following a period of debilitating depression.
It was only through holistic healing over several years that she gradually emerged to the point where she was ready to give back and help others by firstly embarking on training in counselling coaching and several different healing modalities.
A series of synchronicities led her to eventually study Soul Plan which was on a weekend she describes as being ‘life-changing’ and finally illuminating her path and purpose.
In recent years she has been developing her coaching and Soul transformation Therapy practise as well as spreading the Soul Plan message as far afield as Asia through her online trainings.
Anita Das

Anita is a former chartered accountant. During her successful corporate career, she worked and lived in several countries all the while exploring her spiritual interest stemming from her Indian heritage and the three questions she has awoke to every day since early childhood: who am I? where did I come from? where am I going?
Later following a near-death experience and spiritual awakening, she uncovered an ability to act as a natural trance medium and voice channel and awakened past life healing and energy healing abilities.
Since then she dived more fully into the spiritual field and has studied, trained in and practised countless healing modalities specialising in past life regression, Soul Plan and Soul Transformation Therapy.
Jacqueline Adams
The first Scottish Soul Plan teacher comes from a background in nursing and midwifery.
Her life within the beautiful Scottish landscape has taken her caring and passionate nature into the holistic world and since 2004 she has built her own business, ‘Enerjise’ providing reflexology and Reiki for her growing client base.
Jacqueline continues to develop her portfolio of services, offering Soul Plan, Soul Transformation Therapy and Atlantean Healing Paddles.
Jo now runs various workshops including Soul Plan at her Soul Academy in Warrington UK.
She has captured her experiences in her book, ‘Never Judge A Book By Its Cover’, published in 2020.
Jo Houghton
Her life turned around or you could say, completely re-started, following a near-death experience and brain surgery.
After a full recovery, Jo has taken no time in expanding her holistic business and working towards her dream, in the same way that she guides others towards fulfilling theirs.

Marysia Biniasz
She has spent her whole life studying esoteric and spiritual knowledge and practices. She has an MA degree in Law, speaks Polish (mother tongue) and English fluently and can teach using both languages. She is a Vedic Art teacher, Holistic therapist, Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, Soul Plan Practitioner and now Teacher.
Marysia loves to empower others on their way to find their strength and passion to live a better, joyful life. She teaches the first Soul Plan trainings in Polish.
Since then she dived more fully into the spiritual field and has studied, trained in and practised countless healing modalities specialising in past life regression, Soul Plan and Soul Transformation Therapy.

Dr Markus van der Westhuizen

Markus draws on nearly 30 years experience in the field of healing and is known for his sincerity, genuine care for others and generosity of spirit.
The list of modalities he covers and knowledge is impressively wide-ranging and includes; Crystal Healing (since 1992), Aura Healing, Herbalism, Holistic Massage, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Shiatsu, Specialised Kinesiology, Dry Needling, Pachakuti Mesa Tradition Curanderismo, Bio-Resonance Scanning, Past Life Regression, DNA Analysis and of course Advanced Soul Plan Reading.
A well-respected therapist in South Africa he has served as the administrator of the Reiki Masters Association of South Africa and also established and co-ordinated an interactive social network for Reiki Master Practitioners and Teachers.

Cate Sgromo
She has become the first Soul Plan teacher in Brazil.
She is a former international lawyer whose life completed changed direction.
She now works as a specialist coach in life purpose and holistic therapy. She is successfully introducing South America to Soul Plan and enjoying the positive feedback being received from her students and clients.
Germany
Meike Haisenko
The first German Soul Plan teacher reached a crossroads in her life and used this experience to drive her forward in her holistic pursuits. Whilst fulfilling many roles, including that of being a mother, she has shown that everyone has the potential to follow their dreams.
Meike is a certified business mindset and soul coach, and a Soul Plan teacher. She also offers aura surgery, light healing, hypnosis and NLP.
Based in Munich, she works closely with Katharina Alper and Blue to continue to follow her calling and inspires others to do the same.
Taiwan
Camiel
She is a spiritual author who was born in Taiwan and educated in England. She is directly trained by Blue Marsden as the first Soul Plan Teacher providing courses in the Mandarin language.
Being the founder of ‘Spiritual Bathhouse Institute’ (Taiwan) and ‘Kabbalah Angel Healing Therapy’, Camiel has a totally refreshing approach to spiritual teaching and gives inspiring and practical advice for increasing self-awareness, expanding consciousness and tapping into an empowering Soul journey. Now a Soul Transformation Therapy Practitioner she has also specialised in various types of energy healing modalities using crystals, sound and plant remedies. With the natural ability to communicate with angels from a young age, in more recent years she has authored and had published ‘The First Angel Book’ and ‘Goddess Within: Embrace Your Feminine Energy’, as well as a number of oracle decks which have earned her a reputation as a leading spiritual pioneer in Taiwan.
USA
Roger Hanson
Spiritual Counselling Dip. Life Coach Cert. originally from the states, began his work as a Counsellor in 1990 and in the mid-90s undertook specialist training to work with families. Following this early work in conventional counselling Roger then pursued a career in acting and singing (appearing in New York musicals).
During this time he also gained experience of the corporate world where he became a senior manager.
When his work took him to the UK the spiritual direction took over and he undertook our Spiritual Counselling Diploma whilst simultaneously developing his Psychic Art and composing healing music (Musically Mantric Mandalas CD). Roger now works as a full-time Spiritual Counsellor and Psychic Artist as well as speaking at mind, body spirit events and in the media.
Acknowledged Teachers
Margaret Miller (1938-2016)
Margaret first became involved in healing in her forties and joined the National Federation of Spiritual Healers in 1982. She later (jointly) ran the London region of the NFSH and also represented them as a member on the Confederation of Healing Organisation’s board with responsibility for the co-ordination of Research Projects.
In her fifties, Margaret was diagnosed with breast cancer but was fortunate to meet the Beijing Qigong Master Zhixing Wang who instructed her in healing Qigong which she practised sometimes up to 4 hours a day. Twenty-five years later and in her eighth decade she was still spreading healing and inspiration as a gifted Qigong and Soul Plan teacher. Through her powerful Soul Plan readings, she helped to transform many lives and connect many with their path.
Margaret was a close friend of Spiritual author Eckhart Tolle who encouraged both her Soul Plan reading and Chi Kung teaching work. She, in turn, was acknowledged in his best selling Power of Now and provided a place to write whilst he was penning that work of such great impact.
Her love and presence are still felt guiding and supporting the Soul Plan community to this day.
